for the last week now I've had this weird problem.last week I turned my tv on to watch a show that I'd been watching every morning(mon-fri) and noticed I had no audio I'd been going nuts trying to figure out if it was only on my end
because it wasn't just 1 channel it was 2 but every other channel was fine. so today I started to look for a new converter box thinking mine is fucked up I turn my tv and box on a little while ago now the audio is back wtf? so now I'm thinking it wasn't my tv or box and it was the networks problem.

Think I saw something recently:
A tv series (scene release) had an issue with at least one episode, only 1 channel audio (not mono). They had to mux audio from another source (hbomax I think).

Pretty sure I've seen that a few times before.

This is streamed stuff.
Broadcasts in the US, fuck knows. If it's all automated and something fucks up maybe nobody notices it (or complains immediately) so it doesn't get fixed for a while?

I think that's what happened but it's odd it took a week to fix without even a station message saying there were technical difficulties.

I would if I had the space but I also like watching some things on tv instead of binge watching shows also one of my local networks has weekend marathons so I tend to discover "new" old shows that way
like last week they aired hill street blues a cop/detective show from the mid 80's. There's one show on this weekend I forgot the name of it that i plan on checking out hopefully it's not some crappy 80's sitcom.
