360 can be had via archiveorg and also alvro's collection, there are only some odd Japanese games missing iirc.
PS4 you can get everything that has been dumped and backported from basically 2 places, but there are a few more sites as well. Torrents aren't necessary but you can get scene releases that way too.

Who would bother putting heaps of PS4 games on mega anyway?
On 1fichier you can upload a pkg file pretty much any size (up to 300GB), without an account you can download that file and resume when needed in JD. I dl from that host everyday.
Mega if anything is over like 4GB you have problems.

There is a mega workaround (for 4GB+ files) using chrome and a plugin. It's a pain in the arse though (I never use chrome normally) so it's a last resort for me.
Not aware of a way to get JD to resume those files on mega though

That's what I've been looking at recently: a used Pro that is 9.00 or below. They're still easy to find atm.

Still no bids on it and it has a couple of days left.
Thing is I contacted the seller with some questions before making an offer and his response to my questions was really strange
