this game is awesome. the button mashing gets a little tiresome(physically) but the game has a nice blend of action puzzles and platforming it's really exceeded my expectations so far.

got fed up with lego batman(again) so decided to play something else started god of war 3 epic despite it's rather plain beat em up style.

Yeah, that's the most tedious part. I ended up doing it little by little by farming and online playing

The first Lego Batman is prolly my fave DC based game on the franchise. I like it when they focus on the Batverse rather than on the rest of the DC universe.

agreed the first one was better there was a few things I liked about the 3rd like the redesign of some characters like killer croc and bane the ability to easily switch between suits was nice.
it probably would have been better to drop the batman part and just named it lego dc or lego justice league. some other things that bugged me was they way they handled the hub planets they should have been flat instead of round it made doing the races impossible every time you bump a invisible barrier you lose your orientation that was the final nail in the coffin for me
a lack of gotham city and metropolis was also something that bothered me a little I mean come on these are the two biggest(and most famous) cities in the dc universe.
the one thing that bugs me the most(like in many lego games) is all the redundant characters so many of which I think were just fillers that weren't even true dc characters in the first place(ex condiment king dot-man toy-man bat-dog there are others but those are off the top of my head)
I could keep ranting but it's getting late.
