If you want a lot of room I'd get a good 650W PSU, otherwise a good 550W would be fine. I can't put enough emphasis on getting a quality PSU. I'd suggest being choosy about the case because it'll last you through builds but, it's not as critical as the PSU if the budget doesn't have room to flex.

Psu is gonna be at least 500w. I couldn't care less about a case as long as it has room for everything and enough usb ports. Hell the chip and mobo is gonna take most of the money I earmarked for this anyways.
Hell I'm already thinking of going back to 7th or 6th gen for the i5

Hmmm Xbone s new for 229.99. Would be able to get a few games too. Ps4 is still crazy expensive, lowest one is still like 150 bucks more.
Do you have to take these things online at all or can you buy a game disc and just play the damn thing without updates and shit?

If they're all cracked they should run without issue. I keep installers/ISOs on hand just in case though. Windows likely won't run if you're changing practically everything.

If you get a PS4 below certain fw you can exploit and pirate games. I can't remember what fw you should be looking for. I think BD drive needs to be functional but I'm not sure tbh.
PS3 any fat can use cfw now, and slims below 25xx. Some 25xx slims can be exploited but not all due to minver fw. BD drive doesn't need to be functional.
Xbone you will have to buy games, it does have growing bc though even some original Xbox games are playable. On X you can play Morrowind with vastly improved gfx at a nearly constant 60fps.
