Yeah probably. Watching how much data I use takes me back to dialup days
With that kinda speed the temptation to dl large BD dumps all the time would be too much...hell even with my shit speed atm I dl a fair amount of stuff in a month.

Yeah data caps on dialup weren't uncommon back in the 90s, use up your data and you had to pay for extra blocks. You could get unlimited but it was expensive.
Out internet has always been shit here, still is.
Even mobile (aka cell) plans with data are crap.

The unlimited cell plans here typically have 20GB caps or around there and cost out the arse .
