Wow, thats a load of shit. I haven't payed my electric bill since August apparently because Consumers Energy decided to elect me into the paperless option. The late fees aren't disastrous, but Im a little peeved that they didn't try to contact me by any other means. I only happened to open all of the urls in my Bills folder by chance. I don't like surprise bills.

NAme is pissing me off but i know it was on an episode of gamesack covering ones that didn't get released over here. looked pretty good tbh but the controls were apprently even worse than RE 1 (experimental an'all)

:edit: was not on an episode of gamesack, im now struggling to remember where i saw it :/...i know it was anime, took place on a ship, prerendered backgrounds, sprite models (lead character was in a pink skin tight suit)...

Yeah it's 2D but everything I've read refers to it as being point and click survival horror.

You didn't wonder why you had extra money all these months ? That's pretty lazy of them though.

Wow, that is some grade A horse shit right there. Though I'm actually kind of surprised they didn't turn off your electricity, seems like they're trying to squeeze those late fees out of you.
