Who's your favorite villain from games, movies, anime, shows, etc.?

So, I don't know about anyone else here, but for me, the villain almost always steals the show against the heroes. So the question is, who's your favorite? I really like Femto/Griffith from Berserk just for how truly evil he is. And for those who don't know what Femto looks like, this is it

Wow, that's a heavy question.

I guess part of the problem is that I don't tend to go for a lot of hero/villain narratives. But I'd have to say that for me... the biggest bad of them all is still Sauron from Lord of the Rings.
