    I'm not THAT far gone

I'm still getting into modern stuff. The farthest back I've gone so far is KOTOR (though I did start Planescape, just got distracted by other stuff to make any real progress). Trying to play Fallout 1 and 2 also intimidate me a little too much so I need to practice a little before I can commit to a campaign in either (I also tend to stress in any sort of game with a timer in 1's case).

Am pleasantly surprised by all the tutorials in Pillars of Eternity, though. That or Mass Effect 3 will be my next target after I finish a few smaller games.

fallout 1 and 2 both deserve a good remake those were great.
planescape is pretty good too last time I played that I got down into the rat kings lair.

I'm really excited to play Planescape after KOTOR 2, what with all the constant allusions to that game (including a villain who has the same power set as the nameless one).

Dark Alliance is a hack and slash/ARPG, Baldur's Gate is a CRPG series .

He has 60 boxed consoles and some store kiosk consoles.

$25k may seem ridiculous at first glance but there's a ton of stuff there. You'd need a small truck to move that.
It depends on what's there, chances are high there's a lot of junk .

THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

I've actually played Dark Alliance 1.

It was not very good and I kept wondering when I was going to get a party member. I never did.

DA 2 was an okay game even though it was incredibly linear I know when I finished it it was like that was it? where were the side quests?

It still amazes me that series was outshined entirely by some X-Men games because those remembered to have party members and side quests and narrative and just, like, actual things.

I tried the first KOTOR a couple weeks ago and just couldn't get into it. Played it years ago and made it pretty far but didn't finish it. Got Pillars myself recently.

    Plus it had X-men!!!

The second Champions of Norrath game was ok. At least you could have a buddy jump in with you. Me and my cousin killed that game.
