have any of you played dragon age origins? I seen it when I was looking up a guide for TES 4, didn't seen any screenshots but did see the back box pics it looked like it could be interesting.

Yup. Similar to Baldurs Gate etc just a little more zoomed in and maybe a little more action oriented because of the controller in a way. Not bad but gets repetitive after awhile. Kind of a chore to finish it off actually.

Do you like more direct action or basically clicking on things?

Just don't name it Traveling Pants unless you want people to look at you funny.
Every option in III has requirements and the options available early game have limitations. So not as simple.
Everything is made easier if you know the game or just simply use google to look up what you need or where to go.
But if you start a new game with no previous experience and no info beyond the game manual, it is nowhere near as easy as IV or V.

Still, the game isn't as hard as earlier titles.

It seems a little dated but it's ok. The complete version yeah there's a lot to do and it can be tiresome.
Still, a solid game. Might be best to take some breaks from it instead of just trying to do everything though.
DA II is not as good, I was very disappointed with that myself.

Dragons Dogma is pretty good if you like more action oriented stuff. Had a blast with that one.

It really seems like a large DLC Or maybe a spin off like say AC IV Freedom Cry.

    Edit:
    DA II I mean.

kinda varies when it comes to rpgs. with fps/shooter games I lean towards action and less stealth that's why I never cared for the rainbow six series(splinter cell was a good game just difficult)

Well modding Skyrim on PS3 is actually easier than the other 3 Beth games. Using Legendary Edition anyway.
I'm running mods on all of them now

Agreed. Once I finished up the main story I didn't bother with the extra stuff.
