Kebab illegal?
What about souvlaki?
Spoiler warning:
Maybe because it's middle eastern. Jewish food wouldn't be illegal though![]()
Spoiler warning:
No, not because its middle eastern.... at least not yet.
There were some new safe-serve law passed by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) that ruled the kebab is not handled properly to serve. Or at least I heard.
in northern Michigan there is no Middle Eastern Food, no Jewish, Mediterranean or even authentic Thai. When I lived in southern Michigan, around Detroit, I ate like a king. All of the above was readily available.
So is souvlaki ok there or is that the same as kebab?
Spoiler warning:
Uh ok. you never had souvlaki. That stuff has been all over the place here for decades...like since before I was born.
Chicken is nice but yeah, besides fish I don't eat meat all that much. No beef, lamb at all now though I do still have ham at Christmas. Chicken maybe once or twice per month and not a huge amount of it.
Spoiler warning:
