I do that a lot too. But somehow she snuck in when I opened my gate that blocks my room from her. Then she hid under my bed until I left to take a shit, came back, and mountain dew was all over my keyboard.

Thankfully it's high enough she can't, and if she does jump ON it, it'll fall over, and scare the living fuck out of her. She's a pretty big scaredy cat. And there's nothing she can jump from either around there.

I can tell when she's jumping up on or down from things though, she makes a particular sound. Maybe the cat equivalent of a grunt?
Anyway she never makes that noise any other time.

My youngest cat is like that. She makes a noise every time she's planning something naughty. Last night she messed with some stuff on a table and then found and lead Gyp right to it .
