THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/

Maybe he doesn't care about redump and just wants to oh idk play the games? A crazy thought I know. Gotta protect that junk data.![]()
Redump is the games data and audio in in its entirety, its you want further than that you want Rawdump which gets the subchannel/junk data and you can't even use it yet so yeah, zip the piehole if you have no idea of what you speak.
If someone wants imperfect game images have at em as I won't be promoting that for playing and preservation.![]()

Redumps are fine. I'm all about preserving gaming history and stuff. It is nice to play the games too of course. Emulation within in gaming is to preserve gaming, but at the same time you also get the option to play the games as well. With the PS-Vita recently hacked, its possible we could see a Ps-Vita emulator somewhere down the line. Of course I'd still want to get a real one. I do like collecting physical copies of stuff. Playing them too.
Took the bait I see.

I always have RAW dumps, got to get all that shit out. None left behind.
Thats not the same thing as Rawdump, Rawdump dumping requires the same non-standard hardware and has the same dumping process as Redump but a few extra steps to get that annoying subchannel data.
That can seriously take a few hours depending on the game/disc.
Rawdump is like trurip but its the "right" method to dumping the disc in its entirety unlike trurip which is one big lie.

Hello,
I am just wondering.
I am now playing Hunting Ground on PCSX2.
And it's indeed I couldn't solve all of the puzzles in the game without the help of the Gamefaq walkthroughs.
I am just asking how the HELL did they know that the three plate-keys you should make are "SALT" "MERCURY" and "SULFUR" to use them into the dragons' mouths.
If I didn't read the walkthrough and from what I understand and read in the game is that wall chart that says three Spiritual Substances not mentioning any name. Also, I wouldn't never guessed these three particular names from these letters in that wall chart.

So I recently picked up Shadow the Hedgehog for the Gamecube. I've been wanting to try it out after years of knowing about its reputation and I finally did. You know when you see something thats weird and cringy but you can't look away? That's how I feel about this game. It's not a good game but I keep playing it. I at least want to see the true ending.
