Might not be worth shipping cost both ways and new caps to you though. The real goal here is finally fixing my damn Game Gear, and an HDTV with a fairly bum power supply for someone I know.

it was a simple issue with the video plug. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in now it works fine, computer golf may not have been the best choice of games to buy for it though.

got my oddessey 2 game today. it works but my video is scrambled not sure what the cause is but I think it's the system itself.

Scrambled how? Is it noisy, are there duplicated pixels, or do you mean scrambled sprites? I assume you have the Aux output hooked up to an RF modulator, and then to your Television's Aux input.
My brother's Od2 had somewhat noisy video as well, but you must realize that the technology carries both video and audio together and each will affect the other. There are many many other factors too.

A composite video mod for the Od2 is very simple, so maybe you can look forward to doing that.

Make sure that you fasten the Aux cable very tightly. Some people even suggest a wrench.
