Hi everyone! I know the preferred format for PSX games is a .bin image accompanied by a .cue sheet, and that some games will have multiple .bins which will host separate audio tracks, meaning that music will work only if we start the game from the correct .cue sheet. However, I prefer using .iso files for a couple of reasons:
- It is a free format, rather than a CDRWIN proprietary like .cue/.bin
- Having a single file is more elegant than having 8 .bins and a .cue
So, I'd want to know if an .iso file, opportunely engineered, can achieve exactly the same as multiple .bin tracks regulated by a .cue, even in cases like this or this
