I was very surprised when I bought DQ 8, its destroys FF12 and the only reason it was bought mostly by people was the shitty FF12 demo bundled with it.

I bought it because...............Dragon Quest.

I got the FF12 demo and used it as a coaster.

My DQ 8 disc is in such excellent condition, brings me great joy.

I like it just haven't finished it. zombies and skeletons are supposed to be weak against holy and fire so why is a bone dragon? I swear holy and fire attacks/magic were not doing shit for damage against it the last time I played it.

Yes I've played it for a good chunk and I can not see the appeal, Xenoblade and Rogue Galaxy handle the offline MMO formula far better than FF12.

Rogue Galaxy is a favorite, so much fun and exploration, great battle system to boot.
