Gotta finish Parasite Eve 2 first though. Getting closer and closer. I owned this back in the day bu never got much further than reaching the shelter on disc 2. Way past that right now.

Lucky only because of where I live. There are only two things in the last 10 years I can think of that could've got people into trouble here:
One was a Mario Wii game iirc, the dude that shared it went to court and got a huge fine or something...people that downloaded it weren't touched.

The other was a more recent "feel good" movie, I can't remember the title because it was something I would never touch anyway. I dunno if anybody here got into trouble for downloading it but many people around the net were saying it should be avoided.

Over here authorities only really care about kiddie porn and terrorists. Everything else would be a waste of resources.

    Spoiler warning:

Canada has one of the least enforcement of this in the world. Yayyyy!

At least it was a few years ago.

I remember reading something a while ago claiming that Australia was really bad for piracy. But if you look at our population size I'm sure the amount of pirates here would pale in comparison to plenty of other countries like the US, Russia, China, possibly even Brazil and many others.
Fine a high percentage of the population might pirate stuff but we only have around the same amount of total people as say Shanghai (which is just one Chinese city).

Yeah but a country like Australia having a higher proportion of internet pirates and and a government which actually cares about Copyright law would be mean Aussies would get punished faster than Chinese people.
