Also I assume they didn't shoot because you were in a stealth mission. They don't shoot on stealth missions.

It's also why safes and certain things will be in random ass spots. Also ATMs won't always spawn which can be a pain in Four Stores if you're speed running it. Luckily at least one spawns most of the time.

In that case, probably a glitch. I've had that happen once or twice. Just invest in some good running skills. Or a rifle. The rifle is also a good investment.

Because my group started playing the PC version instead of finishing this one. Also because they made the game harder and fuck stealthing the FBI building with the new patch.

As for RE:R it's because Tan is unable to beat the final boss. Also because I haven't installed it on the new PS3.
