Is retro more active than HO? Is that why HO is always dead?

Although to be fair HO has been reasonably active recently.

There are still a few of us who play retro games. But for the most part you're right.

It's pretty much the same thing. Well, most of the time. Ya know, Inferno talking about his car and Deadlegion posting *fart*
Once in awhile some actual real conversations happen though

Then there's all those pictures of Elmdor in a speedo but we won't talk about that here *shudders*

I don't really go into many retro games, just the ones I used to play as a kid, nostalgia too strong.

Pretty much the same here. It's hard for me to get into a new game that's old. But then again I've been gaming for some time now so it's still a good list of previously played games. My list of unplayed oldies is still enormous too though.

My old games don't probably qualify as old to several here though

We know that isn't true because I talk to Warrior daily and I'm in retro.

I think I play retro and newer games somewhat evenly. It's not really something I track or think about though. I did go through most of the Saturn and SCD games I picked up over the last couple years but I'm also trying to keep up with Vita games that I buy. Op Abyss soon, gonna tear into that one.
