I'm kind of hoping to come to some self improvement plan that also helps with killing off this stress that has me stressed out and worried all the time.

I'm not really sure how I'm going to lay it out. I'm anywhere from 220-230 depending on the week. I have pretty much nothing in the name of muscles, but have a ton of free time.

Ultimately, I think I'm going to aim for my goal I had a year or so ago of learning a martial art or going to an MMA gym(There's one about 10 minutes away owned by a former UFC guy) that teaches multiple. However, I don't want to be the obese dude who walks in and everyone thinks won't last.

So I guess that's a good goal to have, but I need to consider my journey and the amount of time to get to it.


Also, I've always toyed with the Idea of joining the Navy or Coast Guard(honestly leaning towards Coast Guard) but being overweight is a huge disadvantage in this goal. So I might actually do that like me and one of the older guys at work have discussed in the past.

The Only reason I'm leaning on Coast Guard is they have a lot of none-militarized jobs that you can get after doing standard duty while being on the wait list for school that transfers well into other careers once you hit civilian life.

I'm on the fence about it I haven't put any money into and it didn't cost me anything I really don't need it it I have two other running mowers and I could really use the space back in my garage. I think I might try haggling a bit see if I can't get an extra $5 or $10 out of it.
