Well it's pre-patched and that's what you wanted.
No idea how you are trying to use it or what you mean by "the ROM didn't work". I'm not a mind reader.

Well I downloaded it on my phone, ran Snesoid, clicked the rom, and somehow it said it couldn't run.

I assume that's Android, so create a thread about your problem here:

I suspect it might be the emulator and platform you are using but I wouldn't know

Also, I'm not sure if that thread I linked you to is the v1 or v1.1 patched game.

someone discovered a bug with the v1.0 release where having a partner or friend name with the max of 8 characters would cause the save and load game screens to lag and not display anything.

I’ve made a fix for it and updated the patch to v1.1. Sorry for any inconveniences.
