OK I just redownloaded it again and fully extracted it using 7zip, archive is perfectly fine, its just on your end.

Here is information on that release, http://renascene.com/info/umd/2333

If you want it to be a perfect dump you will need to use the fix pack I have uploaded but its not needed since its just a underdump, will play just fine on a real psp and in PPSSPP.

7zip is allaround better/simpler, and what is giving you the error, the single archive you downloaded or the split archive inside the one you downloaded?

7zip has better compatibility for a range of archive/compression types, split archives in particular.

It is also completely free and has slightly better compression if you're creating archives (I know this isn't relevant for you in this case but it's one of the reasons it is better overall).

Warrior tested the download and he said it was fine, so you are getting an interrupted download which is corrupting the archive.
Keep downloading it until you get a good archive. Use a download manager to minimise the chances of corruption.

Edit: Oh and there are also several download options iirc. EU and US, http and ftp so there are 4 combinations to try.
