    Just play the game, doing that all you get is a shit ton of crappy greens, then once every like 10 tries you get a blue engram which has the slightest as hell chance of giving a legendary (which may not even be for your class) and has a huge chance of giving a green.

    Ah, yeah now I get what you mean. It is some bullshit. Most of the time I just Scrap the green shit. Thinking about doing more Strike Missions.

    THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
    If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
