I'm pretty sure I just landed the perfect job. I interviewed today for Director of Maintenance Operations at a local care facility, and the guy was blown away by my experience. It wasn't long before he was talking about matching my current pay. When I asked him about how the budgeting and scheduling are handled, he said what would be coming across my desk. MY DESK. I've never had a desk lol... This would be so awesome. He's going to call me back in Monday to meet the maintenance tech and talk more. I expect to be given an offer at that point.
