A lot of the prime sellers on amazon have it for 17.90 new. Most stores I've seen price it at around that used, so it's one of those cases where there is basically no reason to buy used.

20 for just a cart of a DS game is a massive rip... but then, my copy of the Zero Collection isn't even unsealed. I guess that comes with having been able to find complete boxed copies of the GBA versions.

I wouldn't say it's a rip off since the game is worth about the same sealed/cib/cart only right now but over time the values will differentiate.

The Magic artbook I got via kickstarter agrees. Not fan made per say but definitely not affiliated with Wizards/Hasbro or whoever the eff owns MTG exactly now.
Disgaea 4 Vita LE arrived today, so now I get to enjoy all that free DLC.
It came with a poster as well, but I have that rolled right now to remove the creases before I put it up.
