When extracting the downloaded game file you should get a .img, .bin or possibly .iso file; this is the one you want to load with your emulator (if you get a .cue or .ccd file with it, try loading that first). If you get a .ecm file after the first extraction then you'll need to extract that as well using a different program. Personally I recommend using ECM Tools to do it; just extract it into its own folder, and drag the .ecm file onto unecm.exe to extract your game.
Also as Zorlon mentioned above check to see if your game has [E] or [U] in the name; generally speaking, there's no real reason to use the copy protected [E] versions (AFAIK; someone correct me if I'm wrong please).

"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock".
