Russian and Eastern Europian pirating is taken so seriously that pirated games are sold on the side of the street. Especially DRM-free games(GMG games are sold a lot also).

Um yeah, some Russians are slavs btw. I'm Irish, Polish and Latvian from the previous 2 generations. One of my Uncles is married to a Japanese lady and lives over there. One of my old gf's was Sri Lankan. When I was in high school 2 of my best buddies were Malaysian, and one year there was an Indonesian dude I spent some time with. My niece dated a Chinese student (actually Chinese, not by descent) for a while and I had some good times messing around with him. I could go on but you get the idea.
I don't think I'm racist, but whatever
