I would not trust any russian repack or whatever, just look for the fudgepack, it has everything in one DRM free iso, even the awesome Full game mod Eternal Damnation and AWP mod, its sick and incredibly well done.

It's actually easier to get some older games bundled with mods and shit that are Russian releases, yeah they take their pirating and games seriously. You'll find bad stuff from any source, Russia has nothing to do with it.
