Well in ranked you get placed in your division (Silver III for me)
To move up a division you have to get to 100 LP(winning gets you LP, losing makes you lose some), and win a best of 3 to get to the next division
LP decay triggers when you haven't played a ranked game in ~30 days I think, that you will start to lose points if you still don't play
So like I'm at 49 LP currently, if I would become inactive, I think silver people lose ~10 LP a week after those 30 days.

Indeed, granted I do play most of the Steam games I buy. I mostly get a lot of games in like, packs and such. Even if I have them on PS3 and what-not. I buy them cause I know I'll play em eventually. Except shit like Darkest Hour.

Oooh okay I get what you mean. So to get back up to your LP you have to play matches? Damn that's a good way to rope ppl in heh

Yep. For diamond (which is the 2nd highest division) you lose like ~50 LP a week if you become inactive.

I found Postal 2 complete but don't see any multiplayer. There are files for it in the directory though.

I would not trust any russian repack or whatever, just look for the fudgepack, it has everything in one DRM free iso, even the awesome Full game mod Eternal Damnation and AWP mod, its sick and incredibly well done.
