FF7 Crisis Core PSP Iso File Broken/Damaged

Okay, so here is exactly what happens.

In regards to the aforementioned game, the ISO file; "em-ff7cc" is currently broken or damaged. Here is the rundown.

I use Google Chrome
I have 7-zip, a .rar extracting program. (Obviously )
I have attempted to download this file 3 times today (6/15/14) At 5pm/7pm/9pm EST.

1) I have already set up Pro-Update CFW program to allow ISO use.
2) I went to emuparadise.com and found the ISO for FF7 CC.
3) It downloaded the file perfectly.
4) I extracted the files in the zipped folder, and there was ANOTHER .rar folder within it that contained the em-ff7cc.iso file. This is the file that is listed that you need when you download.
5) I extracted this file and attempted to copy this file over to my PSP's memory stick to the ISO folder and then;

It loads to about 2% then tells me that the file is broken.

Am I doing something wrong or is this file indeed broken. I had checked the comments and there was another person who had the same issue. The disk reader for my PSP decided to stop working, and I am looking to finish this game asap.

I would appreciate a response when you have the time. And, if possible, an estimate on when the file may be fixed.

Can you post the link to the game?

How did you download it? using download manager or browser's?

Perhaps you can post the screenshot of the .iso/.rar file as well?

Did you extract the .iso file first into the computer before copy it to the memory stick? or you just directly copy it to memory stick from .rar?

There should be nothing wrong with file if you managed to successfully extract it from the archive,
and if the corrupt error appear when you tried to copy it over to the memory stick, then the problem can be the memory stick.

I would absolutely love to! Unfortunately, when I click on the download link it now says waiting for (Server ID 192.something something). And never loads. Let it sit for an hour and nothing happens.

Soo, what should I do now lol

I additionally downloaded Firefox and attempted there as well, just for additional information.

EDIT: Additionally, this LINK is where the link tries to get the download itself, but now it does not download (it doesn't even pop-up as a download on the lower part of the browser.)

I'm really looking forward to finishing this game, so I'm totally down for any advice or instructions you have to make this work. I really appreciate your time and efforts!

the one you are attempting to get is a bad dump and needs the PLAYASiA scene fixes patch to repair it and make it a proper dump, http://renascene.com/info/umd/1405

Okay, I got the files to download again. Now for this part.

What exactly am I supposed to be saving to my PSP? It was my understanding that you needed only the iso for the game to run. What are these .rXX files? I attempted to download the ISO file with these files as well, but then its WAAAAY too big and MUCH over the actual size of the game that I'm supposed to be downloading. INCOMING LONG POST! Any help would be appreciated.

When I first open the .rar file----- There are a bajillion .rXX files.

I was guided by several sites that once you install the CFW on your PSP that you only need to download the ISO files and put them on the memory stick. 2 Shots to where the iso is.

When I try to extract the ISO file: isoattempt.jpg

It starts off super fast and then slows down to a crawl, constantly staying at 19MB processed and never moves past 1%. Left for an hour.

I am running into every issue I was before.

What exactly am I supposed to be uploading to my PSP memory stick to get this game up and running.

INSTRUCTIONS

There was one guide that was saying that I needed to extract the .rXX files to the psp, and that when I extract file .r00 it will auto extract everything it needs and leave me with an iso. That TOTALLY was a lie. It just downloaded the .r00 file in rar format.

Additionally, I found another guide that said to copy the .ISO file to the desktop. It started to load, stopped then did this.

This... ALL OF THIS!! I didn't realize that you were supposed use the "Extract To" function directly to the drive. I was using "copy to" and was lost why it wasn't working.

Thank you all SO MUCH for trying to help me figure this out. I can't believe how simple it was. I was making it harder on myself! Now, HOW DO I GIVE YOU ALL AN OFFICIAL THANK FOR DEALING WITH THIS DUMMY?
