They are stock, but you can restore most of the missing functionality by modding. Only thing you can't get it working with is the Sega CD. Knowing Jazz he'll probably even find a way to do that though.

Hrm, that seems like a slam-dunk value wise. But I still didn't like what I played of Danganronpa 1. I think I'll pass.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
