You couldn't run TitanCod on your PC.... what made you think Arma would run?
Pretty sure Arma is much more system intensive than TC. Do you do any overclocking or anything? I'm not recommending it, I'm just curious.

So, since Wednesday and up until yesterday morning, I was using my phone in Japanese to try to force myself to git gud, but then I had an idea to check something out. See, I noticed that Google Now was in Japanese and this was fine. I could still use it. But, then I saw that the maps in Google Now were in Japanese.

    *click* CHECK NAVIGATION.

So, I open up Google Maps and navigate to the nearest walmart (without going anywhere). Dude, the turn by turn directions are also in Japanese. I had to disable it and switch back to English. My vocabulary isn't good enough to do Japanese navigation.

Obviously you don't actually have a gaming PC Roxas.

I played an MMO on Japanese servers a few years back.

Sad but true. I've kinda accepted the fact that my rig is only Gaming PC Jr. at best by today's standards.

How well can your rig handle PCSX2?
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

My sinuses are messed up. I can't hear. Hoping it's temporary.
