No one wants a fake cart.

They've bought them thinking they're real too.
I had a quick scout through mine, the ones I checked all say 002 on the back. I'm not so sure now though, seeing as they were all sourced through eBay

Cheap parts, cheap construction and cheap batteries that can crap out at any time and take your save games with them.

On Etsy, that seems to be the best place.

We do have two fakes, which were bought knowing this. Golden Sun 2 and Fire Emblem something or other. Fire Emblem's cart is the wrong colour grey and the label doesn't fit into the slot for a sticker properly. Very poor!

It's entirely possible yours are fine and I've just been really unlucky. Either way I'd buy a tri-wing screwdriver, they're only a couple of quid and it's worth it just to check this stuff in future.

I certainly won't be buying any more GBA carts anyway. Not sure why I went so over the top with it, I haven't played a single GBA game, and I've had the system nearly a year now.

Bloody work making me busy while having flu!
Talking about fake carts, I've got one of them 100-games(most of them NES hacks)-in-1 and that's the only "fake" I've got. At least there's Minish Cap in it, even though I've bought it boxed.

Just saw this, really sorry to hear Roxas. It really sounded like a horrible work environment. If it's anything like you described you're better off away from it.

I have two of those things for GBA advance each cartridge has 20 games, but really there are only 10 games on each. While there are 20 titles the games are used twice under different names.

    Still counts.

I don't exactly follow this stuff anymore but knowing Marvel it's just a matter of time until they bring him back.
