What you get when you first register the account isn't enough to actually increase/decrease anyone's rep. It doesn't make a difference if you don't receive some.

When SHE was the one who told me to go to other said department, acting like nothing happened and she didn't know. And today she told me if I didn't listen to her she'd write me up anyway, I went straight to the store manager but she can't get rid of her 'cause we're so short on help, but they can get rid of me since I'm the newest guy. Oh well. I might try and see if I can talk to my cousin about me starting at her photography studio...

There are no unions for low level people here, it's mostly people who've worked there for 4+ years I believe. It's mostly old people who want to work there for the rest of their life.
