Wouldn't it benefit the creator to keep it closed source and make money from it?

I'm not hating on the open source community but I never got a good answer on this.
Don't forget it also makes it easier for people to find exploits in smaller programs released open source by newer programmers.

There are plenty of issues with Open source. If you are going commercial you will more than likely go closed and obfuscate it.

    Well, doctors appointment was shit.

Other than that, best part of my day was picking up 5 GameCube games, 3 of them CIB.

$40 for all of them, wasn't too bad of a deal. I love the games too that I bought, so happy with my purchase. Literally the best part of my day.

Roxas, I keep meaning to ask you this but I always forget - I know you got SimCity back in the day when I did.... did you ever get a refund check from EA or did you not fill out your info for that class action lawsuit?
I got a check from them a few months ago for $32

Still doesn't take away all the pain that game has caused, but I guess it's better than nothing
