Never did get my phone fixed. Tried everything I know or could find, including trying to fix it on another PC. So, I downloaded new mail, weather and browser apps. All was working well. Now Facebook crashes.

Scratch that. I fixed it. Uninstalled Appsync, evasi0n untether, and used iFile to delete a couple of apple files in the /cache folder on the phone. Reinstalled Appsync. All my apps are working again.
