the file is 2.6 GB you have not fully downloaded it, you did not not even get half the file

The 100% one on the screen grab is just over 1 MB that is not even a 100th of the file, it's less than 1% of it
The first downloaded fail has more of the file downloaded

It should be 2.6 GB thats 2659 MB or 2722816 KB

I test downloaded the other version (1.00) but I will quickly test download that copy also

You can also change the download settings on the site so try changing it from HTTP to FTP (EDIT DOWNLOAD SETTINGS) it's just under the actual download link

Also keep using Free Download Manager, it does look like you have a very poor connection. if you still keep getting broken files it just sounds like your connection is so bad it is not letting Free Download Manager help either that can normally handle small connection drops

The upload is fine just your downloading is not, that just sucks for you, but do try changing the download settings from http to ftp and hope it makes a difference

How did you load the .iso file onto the emulator? through plugin?

You're using the old version of PCSX2, make sure to grab the latest one, and load the game through internal iso loader (CDVD->Iso Selector->Browse)

Redownload the game again if you encountered the same problem, Zorlon has posted previously there is nothing wrong with the file,
so use download manager if you haven't and make sure you can extract the file without any errors.
