Hmmm... that reminds me when my 360 perfectly lined my Mirror's Edge disc.
Couldn't even repair it as it was 3 layers too deep. Had to buy it again months later!

That sucks. I've been lucky with mine, no major problems (knock on wood) but it's a Slim and I install everything to the hard drive so that helps. It's just always been stupidly loud when reading DVDs.

Are you sure it wasn't trying to put the disc into orbit?

That would be surprisingly appropriate since I was installing Mass Effect.

Reinstalled 3 and all my DLC/stuffs last night. I was gonna buy Citadel, Leviathan and Omega, but I'm saving my ps monies for the GTA and Bioshock sales on PSN in the next few weeks.

Word around the campfire is that the Mass trilogy is getting an HD revamp for ps4 and x720. I'd definitely buy them again

Just incase anyone cares, Dark Souls 2 actually has an option to connect to other region servers, so that will probably be a good thing since EP users are spread all over.
