I've even got asked for ID not long ago. They do it if you look under 40 or some shit now. It's still 18 in Quebec to buy

I remember packets of 15 were around $2 or something stupid like that. Just the right size to fit inside an audio cassette case (if you removed the little tabs). Perfect for school.
