I mean there's that fantasy element which seems to be the main plot lord of light and the Others but so much of it is just plots within plots that have nothing to do with it. Killing off characters is another thing. So much time is spent on certain characters and they just end up dead. What's even the point of reading their chapters?

Order one from China on ebay. It may take a few weeks to get to you there but it should be cheap (if it isn't I'll be very surprised).
Plus there's always the chance that it won't turn up after 4-6 weeks, you contact the seller and you get sent another one. And then the original one turns up anyway

I jog just about every day, unless it's raining or snowing of course.
Do it - you'll feel better. Besides, I've read about about people that actually have diabetes and have been able to pretty much get rid of it because they started exercising and eating better
