I bed now. Nighty night all.
I'm going to bed, and I hate to be that guy, but seriously am I the only one thinking that Snowden is bound to fake his "leaks" with the hands of the Russian Government now that he has asylum there. Plus, supposedly he's only leaked 1% of everything. I'm not sure how a low level employee of another agency would be given access to that much top secret information in the first place.
Jinx is a monster that starts slow. Don't tell me she doesn't because she does. Until her Q is 3+, her attack speed is pretty slow so her damage output isn't enough to kill champs alone. Not even squishies. Until her Nuke is 2, she doesn't have high burst. Her range is great even in chaingun, but better in rockets. Building Boots, Blood, Dancer, Whisper, * seems to be the best route to go, with the alternate option of swapping Blood and Dancer. Furor is definitely the best thing for her because it allows her to land Zap and chase with the added speed. W (hit), chase, lead E, Nuke, Rockets = dead champs. Unless they're really fast.

Yeah you may not like what he has done, but he felt compelled to do so for whatever reason.
Many people don't have the balls to say or do anything, and just blindly do as they are told without question.
Just curious; If you were given orders to massacre civilians would you do it?
Not the same thing...but it's a violation of international law. And morally questionable.
Spoiler warning:
Yeah, I have a tendency to delve deeper into the meta of things than I need to when I'm starting with them. I know more theory about fighting games than I know about playing them. It's long for me, man.
I can't wait until I hit level 20 though. I get to use more runes and make her better in matches. Right now, at level 6, she struggles early game and even some of mid game.
For a while I've felt like sure, they are believable. But, if what he's leaked now is "only 1%" then where are all these other leaks coming from. He was just a low level guy, I can't see him having access to all that much extra info. Plus, the fact that these numbers came out after he got asylum in Russia, makes the numbers seem even more fishy.
"We have published I think 26 documents so far out of the 58,000 we've seen," he said.
