Problem is you are going for the two newest champions, which is why they cost so much. Granted the age isnt always reflected in the price, but as of the past year or so, most of the more expensive champs are the new ones. When I first started out, I would just make sure to get one win a day when my first win of the day bonus was available, which is 150IP. Yeah, not that much, but it adds up. Although I'm not going to say don't do it, you have to use a lot of IP to fill up stuff in League. Gotta get your two starting rune pages filled (with tier 3 runes and Quints cost a god damn fortune), champs, and I currently use 3 rune pages (you start with 2) I bought the 3rd with IP. And both those champs you want are both ADCs (or marksmen as they changed the name too but I will never use ). You should probably get a couple champs of each role before starting to pick what will be your main, since you won't always get your main, you need some champs to fall back on.

Cheap champs also don't mean they are weak. Annie is probably in the top 3 if not the strongest support right now and she cost 450 IP. And as a bonus she can also play mid.
Evelynn right now is considered really strong in the jungle and she cost 1350 IP. Jax is a beast top lane (in the late game, he scales amazingly). Nasus is really strong in top lane and can jungle as well. Sivir is a decent ADC. A few weeks ago she was really really strong with the new patch, but they scaled down her Q early game because it was terribly strong. Anyways, my rant is done

I think I've spent the entire day lying on the couch. I don't even know why I got out to bed...

Dunno how many times I've slept on the couch because that's where I crashed. So it's a case of "why go to bed?".
When I was younger it'd be from drinking and/or smoking...but now it happens just because I'm old and lazy

I've passed out on the couch a few times from just not having the energy to get up and go to bed, and more than a few times from drinking.

Mostly, though, I've found that the couch isn't nearly as comfortable as it was when I was younger. I need a good bed to fall asleep in.

I love the first Doom game. Doom II was good, but some of the bullshit level designs started to annoy me. And Doom 3 is just... blegh. I couldn't get into it.

    Doom 3 is pretty different.
I remember when I first played it on original Xbox I was pretty stunned by the gfx.

Back in high school, my buddy's dad was a pretty big gamer. When Doom 3 came out, he was one of the few people we knew who had a PC that could play it at any decent settings. I was absolutely dumbfounded by how fucking good it looked.

It's a nice looking game for back then. I have the Xbox collector's edition.

But I can understand why an old school Doom fan may not like it.
Wolfenstein and Duke Nukem could be similar scenarios for some people.

I bought Jinx just because she's better than Lucian and it was only $5. I'll take that stuff into consideration. I like being ADC so far, but I'm seeing benefits to jungling, so I might go that route as well. I'm not really a fighter type of player, to be honest. I like ranged stuff and magic and support. Can you use ADC's for jungling? I know that Jinx gets attack speed boost when doing damage and you can buff it further with items...

    I don't know.
