I remember when LCDs first came out I used to hate them. Now I don't use any CRT at all.Yeah, I'm rolling with a 32" CRT TV as my computer monitor currently. My nice big Sony Trinitron monitor ended up finally dying on me unfortunately. It had a really nice picture too. Hoping to maybe get a decent LCD TV/Monitor when tax time rolls around.
I'm also hoping to score a Sony PVM monitor sometime in the near future. Something nice to play my NG and Arcade PCBs on.

Yeah, when LCD monitors first came out they were total crap. Though if you're into classic gaming at all then you'll still need a decent CRT TV. Unless you enjoy spending $300-400 scaler and scanline generator.I remember when LCDs first came out I used to hate them. Now I don't use any CRT at all.

Scary to think how far computers and technology have come in the last 40-50 years and where they might go next. I'm still amazed you can pull up maps and watch videos on a phone, to say nothing of the fact we can send a probe to a planet millions of miles away and have it transmit full colour HD photos back. For all the horrible shit happening in the world we live in some pretty amazing times.
