I have finished one route of Bastion, there's 2 final choices that affects the game's ending and how you fix, or destroy the very objective you sought for the whole game. It's touching really, a civil war turned into a calamity, and you are in the heart of it all.
I'd definitely recommend it, it's easy enough to play, but if you want, you can make it nearly impossible to play as well. The story is well paced like a audiobook with pop-ups (the ones you can destroy ) and you can always take a break or two when you're on the ropes. It may be linear, but this is one game that you don't notice it that much.
    15 dollars well spent.

Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus

Great little game. It's an epilogue to the Futures series. Not quite a full fledged title, but I'd say it's still about 6 hours on your initial playthrough, plus another 10 or so if you want to complete everything, depending on difficulty and how much exploring you do. Challenge Mode is still as fun as ever, and if you want to max out all your weapons you're probably looking at 2.5 playthroughs to get enough bolts and experience to do so.

My only complaint is that the Challenge Arena wasn't nearly as difficult as I would have liked. Even in Hard difficulty and my first playthrough, I was able to make it through almost all of the challenges within my first two attempts. Kind of a disappointment in that regard. Otherwise, if you've liked any of the other Ratchet & Clank games, Into the Nexus is right up your alley. If they announce a full-fledged title for PS4, I'll buy that beast this instant. I adore this series.

Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm. Campaign was worse than the first, which was a strong start, it was also significantly easier for me, someone who never plays zerg and for this game just endlessly built units without considering optimal builds. The campaign also lacked choices, which was a nice direction which Wings of Liberty introduced.

    F1 2013 (PS3)

Don't care what anyone says, beating season challenge on hard, 1 season of career mode winning the drivers & constructors championships and earning a medal in every event in scenario mode = finished with in my eyes.

    Knack (PS4).

This will forever be remembered as the first game I beat for the PS4. Not a bad game by any means, I really enjoyed it until around chapter 8, then the game just started to overstay its welcome. There's 13 chapters in this game, with 4 stages each. Usually I would bitch about games not being long enough, but the arsenal you have in this game is a bit limited so slogging through the last few chapters got a little old. The environments are nice and varied though, which makes the game easy on the eyes. All in all, it's worth a play, I definitely got my moneys worth

I think that is the sentiment that echoes throughout the gaming community. Enjoyable but too basic. So Flava, you got yourself a PS4? Be sure to tell us if you intend to stream anything.

Beat Tomb Raider (2013) today. I enjoyed it (much to Gare's dismay ), missed two trophies which sucks so need to beat it quickly again someday. Not sure what to play now. Armored Core 5 probably!

Castlevania Lords of Shadow, including DLC. Great visuals paired with mediocre and repetitive gameplay. Bunch of stupid shit here and there, like the Chupacabra bits, which is the worst thing I've seen in a game in a long time. Jumping puzzles with bad air control on Gabriel, leading to awkwardness. Boring platforming, repetitive combat, and occasionally silly fixed camera angles that make stuff harder. Titan battles were lame. Story was bleh, and so was the writing. Aslo, ugggh the Portal reference, lolol we so funny guise. Generic as hell soundtrack, to the point that I actually muted it and listened to classic Castlevania mp3s while playing.

Overall it's still not exactly a bad game, but it's not a particularly good one, either. It's just that everything is so dull and uninspired. I hope MercurySteam improves stuff with LoS2 because this first one only proved that they're not very good at making video games. I spent more time being bored and slightly frustrated than actually having fun.

    There, I'm done ranting.

Wow, I couldn't disagree more with pretty much all you said

Aside from the fixed camera which is archaic (like the first RE games. There, I said it ), I think the game was really good. Especially the music and the story. And that coming from someone who doesn't really enjoy the GoW type of games. Really looking forward to see what LoS2 has to offer.

I'm agreeing with Cookie on this one. While the game wasn't perfect, about the only problems I had with it were the fixed camera shots and that the combat could sometimes get a bit stale after a while. Otherwise, I thought it was a great game. The story wasn't amazing, but it was still pretty good. I didn't play the DLC though, so I'm not sure how that might change my opinions on the overall story... I should do that before LOS2 comes out...

You just say that because MercurySteam is Spanish. I dunno, I really, really wanted to love it, which is why I stuck with it until the end. I had more fun with Darksiders 2 honestly.

I still wanna try the second one simply because I want to play as Dracula. And because I'm willing to give them a second chance.

Btw I'm not the only one with these complaints, plenty of other people online sharing similar views.

Plenty of people online share the view that I'm a faggot.

But you don't see me sucking any cocks, now do you?
