Not if you do it regularly?

Then again, I've not handled any rifle that'd be used in combat past about WWII, so I imagine they get a little more complicated.

I always swore I'd go and get my concealed permit as soon as I old enough. Except now I work at a hospital so I can't exactly carry it anywhere.

    Zombie Dad.

Tagline: He might want braaaaaains but he has plenty of heart.

It's about a recently deceased dad who returns from the grave to take care of his multicultural adopted children. Along the way they have to deal with such issues as divorce (his wife remarried after he died a few years earlier) and the gradually escalating zombie apocalypse. We also learn important life lessons, like in that very special episode where zombie dad helps his teenage son get off drugs whilst the son helps zombie dad ween off his crippling addiction to human flesh. Fun for the whole family!

Ever try to lick the oozing pus from those wounds to see if it tastes like it smells?

    I've always wondered about that.
Never tried it, but I'm sure it's just as putrid.

So hey, you know how they had splicers in Bioshock?

They didn't really have to look that hard for reference material.

WARNING, SERIOUSLY FUCKED UP SHIT AHEAD, NSFW, TOTALLY INSTRUCTIONAL BUT FUCKED SHIT AHEAD

    I WARNED YOU.

Also, I should point out that one of my grandma's first jobs was helping out in a field hospital during WW2.

She was like 13. Because people were seriously desperate for help at the time.

    War sucks.

    Bang bang bang bang DING!

Why more rifles don't do this I'll never know.

Then again, probably don't need the ding quite so badly.

One you hear it you know to watch your shit because BURNING HOT METAL does not go well with your face.

    M1 Garand?

Never had hot metal in the face.

Did get it down the shirt once. Whilst at the range with my father and grandfather.

    AWKWARD.

Kentucky windage, yaw and all that.

    Well, here's a thought.
The scope ,when you look at it, moves your barrel, having it pointed at a downward angle, thereby making people who never encountered it before, bewildered. Like CoD lied to them or something

That's the annoyance, we do it like it's religious, clean, inspect, break down, recreate, repeat.

I say that because I saw that happen when we were on the range.

Using anything else is just wrong!

So you're saying the large gun emptied its hot load all over your breasts?

Travel time. Always fun having to hit ahead of a moving target in a vehicle at a long range.

Have they tried pressing their faces right up to the scope whilst firing?

Because I think they need to enjoy that lovely documentary "A Christmas Story" for an idea of how that shit works IRL.

There's easily been over 5k+ rounds fired through this barrel of mine and there hasn't been any major problems. Hell, only had it ever jam on me once since I've had it. I'm not the most diligent about cleaning either.

2.) Just have them sign up for whatever the equivalent of armed forces Canada has.

You have to understand one thing. The hand me downs of hand me downs, were lent from another branch who had their way with they gear prior to us receiving it. 5k+ rounds may just be a tip of what some of them have undergone.
However, some work just as you describe yours to work.
