Nah, not being a fanboy, but there seems to be an awful lot of "I'll wait for 2 years", "theres no games out worth playing", "ps4 doesn't launch until 2015" etc comments, which to me simply translate to, "dammit, I wish I had one so I'll mask my contempt and act like it's useless."

I'm not saying it's useless, but it's obvious that buying a launch console isn't for everyone.
I waited years until I bought a 360 (not 2 years, way longer), probably buy a PS3 around New Year.

This to the umpteenth degree. That and why not judge a console by first impressions, Did it for the Wii U, Doing it for the PS4 and will do it for Xbox One. I and the masses aren't a patient bunch, you disappoint, we dislike it.

Yeah, the Wii U is poop. I will get an Xbone at some point, I just have zero love for the Kinect and I think they really have a lot of kinks to work out. When your launch titles are only running 720p and upscaling to 1080p, that tells me trouble is brewing. Hell, the Wii U can support native 1080p and Xbone is 3 times more powerful than it.
