I can't wait until I'm facing the "How do I quit my job" thing. It's going to be so good, finally leaving that crappy job behind.

Of course, I need to make the effort to get a new one and stuff.

Easier to find a new job while you're still working and can get decent references. But I guess you probably realise that.
