Boring man, real boring - the weather is terrible here, so I stayed in and watched some old scary flicks on TV and played a little Castlevania

Sounds boring, of course all I did was hang out with a couple friends, hand out candy, and watch some movies. Was really hoping to sit down and finally beat Splatterhouse 3 tonight though. Just beat the second one the other day. Last boss is such a bitch until you know his pattern.

Haha, those old school Splatterhouse games are actually pretty tough. I've never gotten a good ending on 3, and as for 2, I don't think I've ever finished that one. Part 1 though, I'm a self proclaimed pro
I've beaten that game many many times... oh, and the Famicom Splatterhouse - which I'm sure you've played - is fun as hell too

It's pure trash - he's in it for the first 5 minutes and that's it.

I was doing good at first on Splatterhouse 3 until I think it was the 4th or 5th level. Splatterhouse 2 went fine up until the giant crystal boss and of course the last boss. That damn amalgamation of severed heads. I don't know if you know...but there's a romhack of the first one. It's called Splatterhouse Chrome, it's supposed to be much more challenging. You might want to give it a whirl.

Don't waste your time at all.... it's such a sad reboot/remake/whatever - it will make you cry. Speaking of movies, did you ever see Cannibal Holocaust? I know I recommended it to you a while back....

Sorry to hear that - this is literally the lamest Halloween I've lived through yet. I'm not pulling Roxas depression here or anything but all my friends are busy tonight, and it's just shit weather. Not to mention the selection of horror flicks on TV tonight are bad as well. i.e. Saw series is running right now (garbage IMO), but that's about it.

No I never did end up watching it yet? Though I did get my hands on the Deluxe Edition a while ago. I was set to bring it over to my buddy's house and watch it tonight. Except i forgot it and left it at home. I might try and watch it this weekend though.

Yeah, i really do love the Splatterhouse games. Since my 360s been broken for some time. I should try to find the new Splatterhouse for PS3. I'm sure it can be had on the cheap.
