I don't like how the new reputation looks. It shows the same amount of bars for like me, sheik, and merry, to that of like Sprung or Milady, who have like 10x our rep

I think he's talking about this minute glitch in which you click that button, and it leaves you off at a page before, on the "last" post on that page. While there's another post on a newer page.
It sometime happens when EP is making a new page to post on.

Those specify the page number, so you can't bookmark them.

As in, if you bookmark it it will always take you to the same page rather than the actual last page.
