Morrowind was probably the most severe, because at that stage no console game had ever seemed that immense.

Back then I only had a huge crt, and I distinctly remember having headaches.
Plus going for a drive to the shops was a little disorientating...but maybe that was just from lack of sleep

I did that with Demon's Souls, playing in 10-11 hour shifts and sleeping on the couch for days on end. I couldn't think straight by the end of it.
Of course, I was laid up after nut surgery and taking painkillers, so that probably didn't help.
