    Default Pss down sampling tools (that's PS2 movie files)

    pssdown is the main tool to use that makes things easy for anyone especially if you are re-sampling multiple pss files

    pssplex has all the drivers needed that the above was missing so install that first, is also a nice set of tools anyway, this comes in handy if you want to view an FMV scene to see what it is
